Once an order ships and is in transit, the order can't be canceled.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for any returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your total amount at time of checkout.
