Refund policy
We hope you adore your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Any item purchased on SALE are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange , or store credit, including items sold at promotional discounts.
- underwear and bikinis are non-refundable items. Due to hygiene reasons and for the consideration of our customer's health and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- International / EU Shipping costs is non refundable. All costs for the return shipment ( domestic, EU and international ) is the responsibility of the customer. ( incl. Orders with free shipping ).We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or stolen.
- Use the enclosed return label or request one via hello@houseofwovenstories.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the return, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 Days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
Before returning an item please either contact us via email atm hello@houseofwovenstories.com or call us at +41 78 899 48 97. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. We reserve the right of proof for the shipping date.
