Domestic Shipping (Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below CHF 100.00 → CHF 9.00 shipping fee.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 100.00.
  • Estimated delivery: 4-5 working days after order confirmation.

Eurozone Shipping

(Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below €300.00 → €15.00 shipping fee.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over €300.00.
  • Estimated delivery: 5-7 working days after order confirmation.

EU Countries (Outside Eurozone)

(Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden)

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below CHF 300.00 → CHF 15.00 shipping fee.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 300.00.
  • Estimated delivery: 5-7 working days after order confirmation.
  • All prices for these countries are in Swiss francs (CHF). The shipping fee will be converted to local currency at the exchange rate on the transaction date.

United States & U.S. Outlying Islands

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below $500.00 → $25.00 shipping fee.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $500.00.
  • Estimated delivery: 8-12 working days after order confirmation.

Rest of the World

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below CHF 500.00 → CHF 25.00 shipping fee.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 500.00.
  • Estimated delivery: 8-15 working days after order confirmation.
  • All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The shipping fee will be converted to local currency at the exchange rate on the transaction date.

Important Shipping Information

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are estimates provided by Swiss Post and do not account for customs clearance delays.
  • Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs & Duties (EU, US & Rest of the World)

  • Import duties & taxes are the recipient's responsibility and collected upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout.
  • Customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. For estimates, please contact your local customs office.
  • If a recipient refuses delivery due to customs fees, the package will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.
  • We ship tax-free out of Switzerland.

Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist in locating them.
  • We recommend using a trusted delivery address where someone can receive and sign for the package.
